Who operates this service

StoryEngine is operated by InfiSoft, Ward #2, Noluakuri, Paragaon, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh. Contact: support@infisoft.pro.

Information we use

Account registration and login use your email address, password and authentication identifiers through our shared Firebase project. We may receive your name, order ID, purchased plan, license status, support messages, and basic technical information needed to deliver software and help you. Do not include sensitive personal information in support chats.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, show account-linked orders and downloads, provide customer support, fulfill purchases, prevent misuse, and improve the service. Purchase and license records are separate from simply creating an account.

Payments and service providers

Payment checkout may be handled by a third-party payment provider. StoryEngine does not ask for or store complete payment-card numbers in its account dashboard. Firebase (Google) powers login and account data; payment, hosting and communication providers process data needed for their services under their own policies.

Data access and retention

We retain account, order and support records as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Account information is meant to be accessible to the account holder and authorized support staff. Internet transmission and storage carry some security risk, so do not reuse your password elsewhere.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@infisoft.pro. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal reasons. You can reset your password from the login page.

Cookies and local storage

Authentication may use browser storage to keep you signed in. Third-party video, analytics or payment components on the marketing site may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser, though blocking essential storage may affect login or checkout.
