Service and account

StoryEngine is a software service operated by InfiSoft. You must provide accurate account and order information, keep your password private, and use the service lawfully. A registered account alone does not grant a paid license, credits or premium access. Plans, duration, and included services are those shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Orders and delivery

After a successful purchase, use the email associated with your order to sign in. Some licenses or download links may require order verification by support. If an order or installer is missing, contact support@infisoft.pro with your order ID. Do not rely on a trial download as evidence of a paid license.

Software license and third-party services

We grant access only for the purchased plan and term. Do not share license keys, resell account access, or misuse automation. AI models, Google accounts, voice and music services, and payment providers may have separate terms and limits. “Unlimited” descriptions are subject to the stated plan scope, third-party availability, and reasonable technical limitations.

Prices, renewals and refunds

Prices and taxes are finalized by the payment checkout and your order confirmation. Any future renewal or additional third-party account fee should be reviewed before purchase. Refund requests are handled under our StoryEngine Refund Policy. For payment discrepancies, stop and contact support before completing checkout.

Content and responsibility

You are responsible for content, prompts, uploaded files and your use of generated media, including rights to source material and compliance with applicable laws. AI outputs can vary and may require review. We do not guarantee particular sales, conversion rates or results.

Support, changes and law

We may change features or these terms when needed and will post the current version here. InfiSoft operates from Bangladesh; applicable disputes are subject to Bangladesh law unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Contact details are on our contact page.
